These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckyplay ("luckyplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckyplay.one (the "Platform").

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of luckyplay or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

luckyplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by luckyplay may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

To access the full features of the luckyplay Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on luckyplay. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luckyplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify luckyplay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact our support team via live chat or by email at the address provided in Section 14.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting luckyplay support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

luckyplay reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.

luckyplay processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently supported by luckyplay, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable limits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• luckyplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your luckyplay account. luckyplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of residential address.
• luckyplay targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• luckyplay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where luckyplay has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

luckyplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckyplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal: luckyplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your account and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively altered.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on the luckyplay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to this Agreement.

• Random Number Generation: All luckyplay games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by luckyplay or any player.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, luckyplay reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. luckyplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
• Disconnection: luckyplay is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-completion rules.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or other cheating methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckyplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by luckyplay.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with luckyplay employees.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported to luckyplay immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luckyplay staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

luckyplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

All content on the luckyplay Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of luckyplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of luckyplay.
• The luckyplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of luckyplay. You may not use any luckyplay trademark without prior written permission.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to luckyplay regarding the Platform may be used by luckyplay without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckyplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckyplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckyplay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond luckyplay's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude luckyplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

luckyplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform.
• luckyplay will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and luckyplay, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this section shall prevent luckyplay from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
