Withdrawals

Log in to your luckyplay account and go to My Account > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your identity verification is complete before submitting — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Once approved, funds are transferred directly to your registered payment account.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, GCash and PayMaya transfers typically arrive within a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount at luckyplay is ₱200. There is a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000 for standard accounts.
